WHAT IS IT?

Goosebumps Alive and Goosebumps Kids are immersive, promenade theatre productions, that take you through the cavernous Vaults beneath Waterloo station.  These productions are world premieres and exclusive to London, so you will never have a chance to see them again!

ARE THERE SEATS?

No. You will be moving around and discovering the story.

IS IT SCARY?

It wouldn’t be Goosebumps without a little bit of fear. The show is fun, but does involve some jumps and surprises, as well as moving through dark and strange spaces. There are two versions: Goosebumps Alive, and Goosebumps Kids for 5 – 11 year olds. These ages are our recommendation, but braving the show is at your own discretion!

There will be moments of claustraphobia. And we do not recommend attending if you have a heart condition or are pregnant. If you have any of these afflictions, please make the Front of House staff aware on arrival who will be able to pre-negotiate the show to avoid extremem moments.

WHAT BOOKS ARE IN THE SHOW?

We are including little snippets from all of your favourite stories, but predominantly you can expect:

Say Cheese, And Die!

The Blob That Ate Everyone

The Haunted Mask

Stay Out Of The Basement

One Day In Horrorland

Night Of The Living Dummy

But be warned. This immersive theatre experience, in the abandoned underground world of Waterloo, might bring back nightmarish childhood memories you wish you had forgotten.

Ghouls, ghosts and monsters - watch out! The kids are feeling fearless and want to see who's the real scaredy-cat. Bring Mum and Dad, just in case, as this promenade show might have some twists and turns... And you wouldn't want to get Goosebumped yourself!

TOM SALAMON - ACCOMPLICE, GRIFT

Salamon is the co-creator, writer, and director of Accomplice productions in New York City, Hollywood, London and San Diego, and serves as artistic director of Diabolical Muse Productions.  The original production of Accomplice—part game, part theatre, taking place entirely in real world locations in New York City—began in 2005 and quickly caught fire as a ground-breaking and unique theatrical experience.  Salamon followed with all-new Accomplice experiences in Hollywood, CA (co-producing with Tony Award-winner Neil Patrick Harris), London (again co-produced by Harris, with the addition of London's acclaimed, Tony Award-winning Menier Chocolate Factory) and San Diego, CA (produced by Tony Award-winning La Jolla Playhouse).  In 2015, Salamon created, wrote and directed The Grift, once again produced by La Jolla Playhouse. Set entirely in a landmark hotel and training its audience in the art of the con, The Grift premiered to rave reviews and enjoyed a two-month, sold out run.

MUSIC AND SCORE

THE TIGER LILLIESAnarchic Brechtian Blues for a quarter of a century!

The Tiger Lillies were formed in 1989 and a quarter of a century later they remain one of the most unique, provocative and genre-defying bands one could come across. Having received one Olivier award and a Grammy nomination, The Tiger Lillies never cease to find new ways to shock, enchant and amuse, with their imitable style and breath-taking live performances.
